How quickly can you respond to a repair request?
We offer same-day service across Round Rock, Austin, and nearby areas. Most jobs are completed within hours of your call.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Round Rock and the Greater Austin region, including Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Hutto, Liberty Hill, Lakeway, and Bee Cave.
What brands do you work with?
We service all major garage door and opener brands, including LiftMaster, Genie, Chamberlain, Amarr, C.H.I., Wayne Dalton, and more.
Do you offer emergency repairs?
Yes. Stuck doors, trapped vehicles, and broken springs are treated as priority calls, and we can usually be out same-day. We are open 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Do I need to clear space in my garage before your visit?
Yes, please. We need clear access to the garage door, tracks, and opener to inspect safely and quote accurately. If we cannot reach the door, we cannot inspect or quote it. A few feet of clear space along the door and tracks and under the opener is plenty.
What are your hours?
We are open 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Delivery hours run 9 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Saturday. Closed Sundays.
Are you insured?
Yes, Parrot Overhead Garage Doors is fully insured, and every job is covered by our workmanship warranty.
